Step 2: Pack and ship
Back up data, power off, pack safely with an extra note containing passcodes and contact info, then ship via your carrier of choice to our verified address which you will receive via email after submitting a form.
Step 3: Fix and return
We complete repairs within 2–5 days of arrival—often same day—and send tracked return shipping once you pay via Zelle, Square or CashApp.
